House O₃
The O3 House was developed to be a vacation and weekend home for a family that loves to entertain friends and host events. The main focus of this project were the shared areas where these gatherings could take place while having close contact with nature. The house is located in a condominium called Escarpas do Lago, which features a large lagoon where clients can enjoy boat rides. The garage was designed to accommodate not only the family’s car collection but also their boat. This high-end residential project is currently under construction.
