This renovation took place at a site that originally started as a carpentry workshop, boasting a wooden structure worth highlighting. Following two decades of hosting one of the city's most traditional dance venues, unfortunately, Alambique had to close its doors due to the pandemic. Subsequently, a group of young individuals representing a charitable institution reached out to Innovaa with the vision of transforming this space into a café—a multicultural hub and shelter for rescued youth.

The cafe would serve dual purposes: generating income and attracting a diverse audience to promote the institution's mission. With a wooden structure as its foundation, the revamped space aims to create a welcoming environment that not only supports the institution's charitable efforts but also fosters a sense of community and cultural exchange.
